Right to Return

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within a period of 14 days after your have received the item.

The return period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the order.

How to Request A Return

To request a return, please send an email to support@byorientals.co.uk clearly stating your full name, order number and reason for return.

Return of Products

Upon receipt of your return notice, you must return the products immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to return.

Products must be returned in unused condition.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the amount paid by you (excluding any shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds take 5-7 working days to be processed back into your account once issued.

We will provide a return label and this return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Conditions for Refusal of Refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned product has been used or shows any defect not attributable to us. In such cases, we will return the product to you, and shipping costs will be charged to you.
